Overview

This document will help you about to set the color for your Web Page.

PopularFX helps you to keep a uniform color scheme on your website with color options. These colors will be applied to theme sections throughout the website.

You can also make changes global color using Pagelayer > Widget Settings > Color.

Explanation 

For global colors, you will first need to access of WordPress Dashboard.

On Dashboard hover on Appearance and Click on Customize Option.

After clicking customize option, your customizer page will open, then you will edit the page as per your neds. Go to the Global options select color.

On the above image these are the basic colors already mentioned for Background Color, Text Color, Link Color, Link Hover Color and Heading Color.

  • Background Color : This color will be applied as a background color to the body on the entire site. If you set both – color and image – make sure to adjust the opacity of the color to make the image visible.
  • Text Color : Color for body text and description on the website.
  • Link Hover Color : Color for all text to which link have been added.
  • Heaing Color(H1-H6) : Color for heading text throught website.

You can change the color as per your needs. write hex code and publish it

  • Enable Scroll to top: Enable this toggle to enable scroll to top on all page.
  • Button Position: Set the position of this element in % .
  • Button Spacing: Set the internal spacing of this element.
  • Icon Size: Set the icon size.
  • Border Width: Set border width.
  • Border Radius: Set the border radius of scroll to top button.

Using pre-made .zip file

PopularFX Child Theme
Click on the above Download button to download the pre-made child theme. Now go to WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Add New > Upload Theme
Click on Upload Theme and select the downloaded zip file.

Overview

This guide will show you how to create a Background Video effect in Pagelayer. Background Video can be given to Rows, Columns and Inner Rows. Background Video is a video that will be played behind the content of the Rows, Columns and Inner Rows.

For adding a Background Video first you need to go to that particular page (Header/ Footer/ Pages) in which you want to add a background video. Pagelayer Editor will open that particular page you selected and you can add background video to your desired row. 

Procedure

In this example, we will demonstrate how you set a Background Slider for a Row. But the same is applicable to Inner Rows and Columns as well. Just drag a row or edit an existing row. Then in the options you will find Background > Background Type.

There choose the Video option and a Video URL / Media Upload option will appear.

Options

  • Attachment : Set the type of background attachment as Scroll or Fixed. Default is set to Scroll.
  • Position X : Set the X Position of the background image as Center, Left, or Right. You can also set Custom X Position to the background image by choosing Custom type.
  • Position Y : Set the Y Position of the background image as Center, Top or Bottom. You can also set Custom Y Position to the background image by choosing Custom type.
  • Repeat : Choose the repeat styling of the background image as Repeat, No-Repeat, Repeat-X, Repeat-Y.
  • Size : Choose the size type of the background image as Cover or Contain.
